Gamma Nu Chapter - Phi Kappa Tau

Recently, the Brothers of the Gamma Nu Chapter instituted a "Brother of the Week" award, which is voted on and given weekly at Sunday's Resident Council meeting. The winners will not only have the pride of being recognized by their peers, but also be awarded by having $5 taken off of their dues.

This past week the award was given to Ivan Villifana, Winter 2007 for an exceptional job maintaining his role as 2nd Vice President during Saturday’s Cabaret Night.

Two weeks ago, the award was split between Brother Matt Harrington, Fall 2006, and Matt Fraher, Fall 2006. They drove Brother Villafana to the hospital following a severe knee injury he sustained in an intramural football game. Thanks go out to "Big and Little Matt" and we hope for a speedy recovery for Ivan!

Three weeks ago the inaugural award was given to Rich Powell, Fall 2008 . Completely voluntarily, Brother Powell cleaned and reorganized the trophy case and every trophy inside of it over the course of several days.
